Prior-Fox Landscapes was formed in 1999 and since that time the PFL team has built many fine gardens for discerning clients.

Phil Prior is a full member of the Landscape Designers Institute (AILDM) and has extensive knowledge of all garden types backed up by years of designing and building beautiful gardens;

Landscape Contractors are required by law:

i. to be licensed to carry out landscape work;

ii. to have a Written Contract in place for any job worth $1,000.00 or more;

iii. to provide Home Owners Warranty Insurance for structural works over $20,000.00;

iv. to carry Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurance;

v. to be trade qualified and demonstrate proficiency in building gardens;
